groupFIT by Sweat Life Fitness is the ultimate group training program.
Every groupFIT session is led by a Sweat Life Fitness Certified Personal Trainer to ensure proper training progression, safety, and effectiveness. Each 60 minute session incorporates a variety of equipment and exercises designed to improve strength, cardiovascular and muscular endurance, balance, agility, core strength, and overall fitness. No two sessions are the same. We can accommodate most fitness levels.
